Lead Construction Equipment Operator

A local government department seeks a qualified Operator 3 to join their Public Works team. The role involves operating and maintaining various heavy equipment while supporting construction and maintenance activities. Essential duties include ensuring safety standards at job sites, performing manual tasks under diverse weather conditions, and leading team efforts. To qualify, candidates must have a High School Diploma, a valid CDL Tennessee Driver's License, and be willing to obtain a Stormwater Level 1 License.

This is a full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week, sometimes including Saturdays.
