As a Construction Project Leader Apprentice
, you'll begin as a Field Technician Assistant, learning side‑by‑side with industry experts. You'll start with paid, hands‑on training to build your skills and confidence in the trade. Once you've demonstrated reliability and progress in this role, you may be invited to join our Registered Apprenticeship Program, where you can continue to grow toward certification and leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Assist senior technicians with inspections, repairs, and installations
  • Safely work at heights (ladders, scaffolding, rooftops) year‑round
  • Operate tools and handle physical tasks such as lifting and material handling
  • Help repair and re‑lin ear fireplaces, chimneys, and venting systems
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment
What We're Looking For
  • Strong math skills and ability to read a tape measure
  • Construction or labor experience a plus (not required)
  • Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather
  • Reliable daily commute to Spring Hill, KS (or willingness to relocate)
  • Team‑oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • College Degree (Preferred)

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Undergo a background check and drug screening
  • Pass fitness and aptitude assessments
  • Able to lift up to 60‑80 lbs confidently
  • Able to climb ladders and build scaffolding at heights for lengthy periods, regardless of weather conditions
  • Reliable daily commute to Spring Hill, KS, or willing to relocate
Benefits Compensation Package Pay
  • Compensation begins at $60,000 annually
  • Entry‑level field assistants typically earn around $21/hour
  • Final starting wage is negotiated at hire and may exceed $21/hr based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, trade skills, or military service
