Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager
Spring Hill Care and Rehab in Spring Hill, KS is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Director to join our team, who will manage all of the maintenance duties for our health care company. You will be a valued member of our caring, dynamic team, with a full suite of benefits available to you.

The Maintenance Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the physical plant. Responsible for all functions required to keep the physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors. Conducts a variety of preventative and restorative maintenance duties. Additionally, responsible for negotiating and contracting with outside vendors. Follows established Federal, State, County and City codes and regulations.
Qualifications- 2+ years’ experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations.
- One year of experience supervising others to include: setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Ability to operate Windows 10 computer, read, write, and speak English.
- The ideal candidate will have performed the job duties of Maintenance Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility and have experience using an electronic work order system.
