Assists the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department. Replenishes product throughout the store during overnight hours. Increases customer confidence and loyalty by promoting and executing consistent and compliant operating conditions. Provides fresh and appealing products, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt service. • Creates an environment that enables customers to feel welcomed, important and appreciated; ensures the department is merchandised per plan; delivers daily conditions that meet company expectations for product availability, freshness, rotation, inventory levels, and shelf integrity.
• Promotes trust and respect among associates by collaborating, encouraging teamwork, and communicating company, department, and job‑specific information; adheres to all local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines.
• Maintains awareness of inventory and stocking conditions; reports any discrepancies; reviews and inspects products for quality and freshness; ensures product is held at proper temperature per food‑safety guidelines and retains documentation of temperature logs.
• Ensures company safety standards for food handling, sanitation, and productivity are maintained; complies with USDA, COOL, DOA, and other regulatory requirements; executes product recalls and withdrawals promptly; identifies unsafe conditions and reports them to store management.
• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.

High School / GED

• English (Required)
• Spanish (Preferred)

0–3 years of supervisory experience (minimum)

• Must be 18 years of age
• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills.

Retail – General Heavy: physical demands include standing, walking, manual dexterity, repetitive movements, reaching overhead, carrying loads up to 250 lbs. Work may occur indoors, outdoors, cold, freezing, heated, or wet/humid conditions. Safety risk factors include slippery floors, hazardous equipment, sharp objects, loud noise, skin irritants, dust, fumes, sprays, and cleaning solutions. Overall required equipment includes cleaning supplies, office equipment, register, pricing gun, scales, scanner, material handling equipment.

Preferred equipment includes baler/compactor, box cutter. Personal protective equipment: goggles, gloves, back brace. Pulling requirement: 250 lbs.; lifting requirement: 50 lbs.

Overnight varied shifts

Occasional overnight;
No travel.
