This on-site, full-time role is based in Spring Hill, FL. The Insurance Agent will build relationships with clients and guide them in selecting the best insurance policies to meet their needs.

• Conduct consultations, explain policy features, and guide clients in selecting appropriate coverage.
• Manage insurance applications and maintain detailed records of client information and transactions.
• Collaborate with insurance providers to offer competitive and reliable coverage options to clients.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong understanding of Finance concepts and practices related to insurance policies
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Prior experience in the insurance industry or related fields is advantageous
• Applicable state licenses for insurance sales are required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
