This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue Cycle Manager located in Spring Hill, FL. Responsibilities include overseeing the revenue cycle processes, managing practice operations, resolving claim denials effectively, and ensuring smooth coordination with managed care organizations. The role contributes to optimizing the efficiency and profitability of medical office operations by leveraging expertise in medical coding and practice management.

• Proven experience in Revenue Cycle Management and Practice Management
• Strong expertise in Medical Coding and the ability to work effectively with coding teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of Denials and strategies for claims resolution
• Understanding of Managed Care processes and coordination
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Certification through AAPC or relevant credentials in medical coding is highly beneficial
