Job Title: Medical Assistant

Join a dynamic team dedicated to making a difference in patients' lives. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our multi-floor outpatient cancer facility, assisting with patient care and facilitating smooth operations.

• Draw and process labs for a location that sees 250-300 patients daily.
• Call patients back and escort them from the front to their designated rooms.
• Perform phlebotomy tasks and monitor physician schedules.
• Conduct depression and pain scale screenings.
• Document necessary information for the physician.

• Proficient in patient care and medical assisting.
• Skilled in phlebotomy and comfortable with blood draws.
• Experience with medical records and electronic health records.
• Knowledgeable in medical terminology and customer service.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Desire for long-term career development and growth.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Hill, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
