Ein IT-Dienstleister in der Schweiz sucht einen IT-Support-Spezialisten, der als erste Anlaufstelle für Kolleg:innen fungiert. Die
Aufgaben umfassen 1st und 2nd Level-Support, insbesondere bei ERP-Systemen, sowie die aktive Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungsprojekten. Vorausgesetzt werden eine IT-Ausbildung, Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft 365, sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich zu erklären. Die Stelle bietet ein offenes Arbeitsumfeld mit viel Eigenverantwortung.
