Schedule

4pm-12:30am, or until finished. Saturdays off, and split days off. Days and times are subject to change depending on business needs.

The Role

We are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work in our Shipping/Receiving department, managing inbound/outbound orders, fulfill orders and any other duties assigned by your supervisor. We prefer candidates who have some warehouse experience, but we are willing to train the right person!

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To

• Pick orders in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system
• Operate equipment such as a Forklift and/or Riding Pallet Jack
• Build pallets and prepare orders to go out for delivery
• Double check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
• Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Communicate any inventory, stocking, racking or equipment maintenance issues to supervisors

Core Knowledge/Skills

• Efficiency: pick rate (items picked / hours worked)
• Quality: order accuracy % (error-free orders / total orders)
• Speed: ability to walk fast, lift fast, work fast to reach pick-rate targets (100-150 pieces picked per hour)
• Safety-focused: proper lifting procedures, safely operating equipment used, proper pallet stacking, attention to detail to prevent accidents, injuries and/or near-miss incidents

Required Experience

• Ability to work in refrigerated environment, 35 – 45 degrees
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Ability to work without direct supervision and to prioritize activities under pressure
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Ability to actively engage in continuous improvement activities

Supplemental Information
