- Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (off Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday). - Shift: 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM (or until work is finished).
- Compensation: $18.05 per hour.
- Full Time.
- Incentive payouts based on order selection performance.
Warehouse associates ensure the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities- Receives all inbound merchandise and locate proper pick location.
- Restocks order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection.
- Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands.
- Maintains a high level of attention to detail for proper handling of balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other areas.
- Transfers merchandise from the receiving area to its appropriate location and consolidates merchandise into picking containers as necessary.
- Packs products securely in cartons and totes; applies shipping marks cartons/totes with truck run and stop number.
- Ensures safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
- Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
- Pulls orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list.
- Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
- Performs end‑of‑shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work.
- Maintains orderly workstation; returns supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
- Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines; ensures work area is safe and reports unsafe conditions immediately.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- Must be able to work scheduled times and required overtime.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
- Can lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves ranging from 10–35 pounds, and up to 60–90 pounds, depending on location.
- Can work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
- Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
