The schedule for this position is Monday–Friday 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

• Provides leadership to assigned personnel through effective goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and communication. Gives measurable feedback and recognition for achievements.
• Conducts interviews, hiring, and training as necessary.
• Supports safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe work environment for all associates.
• Assists with process improvement initiatives.
• Conducts regular meetings to keep personnel well informed of policies and procedures, continually enforcing productivity standards.
• Ensures excellent customer service and communication.
• Receiving:
  • Check in product completely and accurately.
  • Stock products correctly.
• Loading:
  • Pick products for daily deliveries and special deliveries.
  • Load trucks using good judgment regarding use of space and product safety.
• Returns:
  • Inspect and physically count returned merchandise.
  • Restock inventory in appropriate place.
  • Outbound freight of vendor returns.
  • Paperwork for all warranty products.
  • Unloading of customer/inventory transfers from corporate warehouses.
• Operate power equipment, including forklift.
• May work as a backup driver as assigned or directed.

• 3 years of related experience.
• Skills and experience sufficient to supervise assistant receivers and helpers.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems.
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice.
• Good memory and scanning abilities.
• Good communication and math skills.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs. with proper equipment and climb 20 ft. regularly.
• Able to learn to use a forklift.
• May require a valid driver’s license and conformance with company driver policy.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).

Pay Range: $26.00–$27.00 per hour. Compensation decisions are dependent on skills, experience, training, licensure, and other business needs.

• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, taste, and smell. Occasionally lift products up to 80 lbs. Handling of tires may exceed 70 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus adjustment.
• Steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL (self‑retracting lifeline) required. All equipment provided except for steel/composite toe boots.
• May be exposed to weather conditions. Noise level usually moderate. Fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants may be present.
