Stile Haul is a family‑owned trucking company looking for motivated and professional Class A CDL drivers for local and OTR routes. We are the dedicated partner and provider for Bellmont Cabinet Company based in Sumner, WA, and all our drivers enjoy steady work and consistent routes that run throughout the Western U.S., extending as far east as Oklahoma City, OK and as far south as Houston, TX.

As part of the small, dedicated truckload delivery team for Bellmont Cabinets, drivers typically:

• Start a route at our Sumner or Cle Elum factories, perform a multi‑stop delivery, live unload, and a return to the factory for a live load backhaul before resetting.
• Handle “no‑touch” deliveries most of the time, with occasional driver‑assist situations based on lane and circumstances.
• Work consistent, non‑seasonal routes—shorter routes have more stops and fewer miles, longer routes fewer stops and more miles.
• Receive competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, plus a minimum pay guarantee.
• Drive 2021 or newer Mack Anthem sleepers equipped with modern technology.
• Drive during day, evening, night shifts and weekends as needed.
• Use an ELD, handheld technology, and smartphone applications for logging and communication.
• Maintain clear, written English for all required documentation and interactions.

• At least 23 years old with a minimum of 2 years of Class A driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with proper endorsements, no current license suspension or revocation.
• Excellent driving record: no more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 in the previous 12 months.
• No preventable accidents involving fatality, serious bodily injury, or disabling vehicle damage in the past 3 years.
• No convictions for a “serious or disqualifying traffic violation” within the last 3 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical or possess an active DOT Medical Card and clear drug test and background check.
• Proficiency with ELDs, handheld devices, and smart‑phone applications.
