We need a self-starting, self-motivated, high-energy person who wants to be part of our Construction Team. No prior training or experience needed; we will train you!
What You’ll Be Doing:- Assisting our veteran crew in the physical build of in-ground pools.
- Working outdoors (sun or rain) for 7–10 hours a day.
- Learning the "ins and outs" of construction, plumbing, and site prep.
- Operating as a key member of a tight-knit team.
- A "Can-Do" Attitude: You’re the person who looks for the next task instead of waiting to be told.
- Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable lifting 50–75 lbs regularly and being on your feet all day.
- Reliability: You have a valid driver’s license and a clean 5-year driving record (to be covered by our insurance).
- Availability: You’re ready to start at 7:30 AM at our Valley Store (13524 E Sprague) Monday–Friday.

Pay & Growth- $18.00 – $19.50/hr (DOE)

Schedule:
Monday through Friday with the occasional Saturday, The team starts the day most often at 7:30 am at our Valley Store Location (13524 E Sprague).
