About

The Role

The Maintenance Tech at CSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time Maintain a clean and well‑maintained environment.

  • Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs
  • Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues. Coordinate and schedule necessary repairs with tenants.
  • Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry work, drywall, and more
  • Appliance repair
  • Experience and knowledge working on HVAC systems – install and repair
  • Make ready apartments – paint, caulking, dry wall, and more
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds

Day‑to‑Day (Details)

Diagnoses and performs on a daily basis minor and routine maintenance/repair involving the following:

  • Electrical and plumbing (including water lines)
  • A/C and heating systems – HVAC experience required
  • Appliances
  • Water irrigation systems
  • Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
  • Tile, carpet, flooring
  • Roofing, gutters, fasteners
  • Interior/exterior lights
  • Fireplaces
  • Ceiling fans
  • Gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable)
  • Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
  • Boiler, gas and electric
  • Door locks, mailboxes and locks
  • Controlled access systems (where applicable)
  • Ceiling leaks
  • Walls
  • CPO Pool areas, tile, jacuzzi, pool furniture
  • Ensures that all make‑ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
  • Reports all major repairs and requisitions to manager prior to any expenditure of funds.
