Position Summary: As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will also supervise installers, maintaining top-quality work and timely job completion.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Valid 06A HVAC Electrical license is highly preferred.
- EPA Certification is required.
- Proficiency in HVAC functional design and ductwork system installation.
- Strong knowledge of refrigerant systems, gas/electric furnaces, and heat pumps.
- Exceptional safety awareness regarding tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
- Sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus.
- Ability to test and balance HVAC systems effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide team members and assist customers.
- NATE Certification is a plus.
