Appliance Repair Technician

This is a full-time remote role for an Appliance Repair Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of household appliances. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing scheduled maintenance, ensuring thorough and quality repairs, and providing excellent customer service. You will manage appointments, communicate effectively with customers, and ensure all services meet the company's high satisfaction standards.

• Strong skills in Appliance Repair, Equipment Maintenance, and Troubleshooting
• Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction through quality service
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing schedules and service calls
• Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to customer sites (if applicable)
• Willingness to undergo training and stay updated on the latest appliance technologies
