- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance throughout the facility.
- Support other maintenance and operations teams with general repair projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and mechanical issues to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Complete preventive maintenance on facility systems and make needed adjustments.
- Track and report work orders, materials, and costs using the Smart Sheet system.
- Maintain organized work spaces and manage material purchases and inventory.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders for project planning.
- Cut, fit, and repair PVC, ABS, PEX, and non‑welded steel parts.
- Perform light carpentry, framing, and general maintenance tasks as needed.
- Assist with R&D and facility improvement projects.
- Provide emergency support for equipment and building repairs when necessary.
- Age:
Must be 21 or older. - Education:
High School Diploma or GED. - Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of plumbing experience (industrial or facilities preferred). - Skills:
- Solid understanding of plumbing systems and tools.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Dependable, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Smart Sheet experience a plus).
- Physical Ability:
Comfortable working on your feet, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling hands‑on repair tasks.
