• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance throughout the facility.
• Support other maintenance and operations teams with general repair projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and mechanical issues to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Complete preventive maintenance on facility systems and make needed adjustments.
• Track and report work orders, materials, and costs using the Smart Sheet system.
• Maintain organized work spaces and manage material purchases and inventory.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders for project planning.
• Cut, fit, and repair PVC, ABS, PEX, and non‑welded steel parts.
• Perform light carpentry, framing, and general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist with R&D and facility improvement projects.
• Provide emergency support for equipment and building repairs when necessary.

• Age:
  Must be 21 or older.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of plumbing experience (industrial or facilities preferred).
• Skills:
  • Solid understanding of plumbing systems and tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Dependable, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Smart Sheet experience a plus).
• Physical Ability:
  Comfortable working on your feet, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling hands‑on repair tasks.
