• Ensure all officers are on site as scheduled – contact and assign replacement officers for call offs.
• Maintain all communications between officers and supervisors in the field.
• Designate and assign response to alarm calls.
• Maintain a daily log of all incoming/outgoing calls and all activities during shift.
• Enter and update schedules utilizing Excel & Winteam our web‑based enterprise software.
• Review field reports for grammar and spelling & submit to clients.
• Organize and maintain department forms and files.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly department reports.

• Able to multi‑task and think on your feet in stressful situations.
• Able to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established policy and procedures.
• Mental alertness and attention to detail required while being able to prioritize and follow‑up on tasks.
• Excellent computer skills to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Flexible working schedule to include night and weekends. Able to obtain a Washington State Security License.
• Able to maintain confidentiality & discretion.
• Previous dispatch or similar experience preferred.
• Multi‑line phone experience preferred and/or excellent phone etiquette.
• Military, Law Enforcement, or Security experience a plus.

Starting wage $18‑$22hr DOE (Plus differential pay for swing/overnight shifts)
