Position SummarySales Representatives will thrive in a competitive, fast‑moving sales environment. The successful candidate will play an integral role in achieving the team’s sales and growth goals, making and taking dozens of calls daily, developing partner channels, presenting to groups, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Major Responsibilities- Broker distribution and development
- Interpret and qualify RFPs
- Use proficiently
- Cold‑call prospects and brokers
- Present wellness solutions virtually using Power Point
- Manage, implement, deliver, evaluate, and improve workplace wellness programs
- Provide consultative wellbeing guidance
- Expertise in ancillary wellness services and strategic direction for prospects and current clients
- Generate new leads via broker and direct-to‑end‑user sales channels
- Build and sustain positive relationships with the entire Wellness IQ staff
- Present and sell to consultants or employer groups of 50–1500 employees
- Coordinate with staff, management, and vendors for operational efficiency
- Frequent travel required
- College degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales and wellness or related experience, or a combination of education, experience, and training that provides the knowledge and abilities to perform the job
- Passion for health and wellness
- Insurance brokerage experience in employee benefits preferred
- Data knowledge and experience preferred (Microsoft Access, FTP uploads, and eligibility files)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong typing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
- Professional and accurate response to various client requests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- Proficiency in GoTo Meeting, Zoom, or other virtual presentation tools
