At FASTSIGNS of Spokane, we're looking for an experienced person to fill a combination role of Inside Sales Representative / Office Manager. The position is approximately 85% Inside Sales Representative and 15% Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales Representative:
  • Be the go-to expert for our walk-in, email, e-commerce, and phone customers seeking to purchase signage.
  • Engage in meaningful client conversations, offering consultative sign sales solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Generate timely client quotes for the recommended client signage solution.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of quotes, sales, work-in-progress, and completed projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure signage project accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage the client project from consultation, quote, order, production to completed installation to ensure quality project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate signage delivery or installation schedules.
  • Properly close the project and obtain final project payment.
Office Manager:
  • Administrative Management:
    Oversee all office functions, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Financial Management:
    Handle invoicing, bill payments, and overdue accounts receivable collection to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Office Equipment and Technology:
    Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and software.
  • Inventory Management:
    Monitor and manage office inventory, placing orders for materials and supplies as needed.
  • Policy Implementation:
    Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain a productive and safe work environment.
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative / Office Manager
  • Previous retail or counter sales experience is required.
  • Someone who enjoys interacting with clients and working to exceed client expectations
  • Previous office manager experience
  • Willingness to learn and apply software tools including AI tools
  • Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
  • Great listening and organization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
