• 2+ years in media/digital sales or B2B marketing solutions
• Strong presentation skills and consultative selling approach
• Comfortable with Office tools, video meetings (Teams/Zoom), and learning a CRM
• A self-starter mindset, curiosity, and problem-solving skills

• Base $40,720–$67,000; OTE $67,000 at goal; tiered monthly commission with 12% on above goal sales
