What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities and overall relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers in the assigned territory
  • Increase sales of Board and Panel products through structured consultative discussions
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their business needs
  • Analyze past buying patterns of accounts to enhance supplier relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate reporting in CRM applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Successful outside sales experience with wood panels, laminates, and boards, preferably in kitchen and bath sectors
  • Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and coachable nature
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an asset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • University degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong planning, organizing, and monitoring skills
