Lawn Doctor of Spokane is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Representative for residential and commercial lawn care, pest control, and landscape maintenance services. Our Sales Team Member works with current customers, adding services to improve and maintain their properties, and with new leads to convert them to Lawn Doctor Customers.

Lawn Doctor believes that employees who are given a chance to grow professionally will in turn help to grow our business. This position works inside the office conducting calls over the phone, but also outside by doing lawn evaluations, property inspections, and meeting customers on their properties in the summer and fall season.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. The ideal candidate for this position also needs to possess a strong sales background with inside and outside sales experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and be comfortable working directly with customers. Candidate will ideally possess strong phone sales skills and be comfortable with both inside and outside sales process.

Actual work experience in landscape sales and experience in Lawn Care is desirable but not required. We offer a competitive salary starting between $40,000 and $45,000 per year (DOE), with commission and benefits. Successful sales candidate earns $70,000+ per year including base salary, commissions, and customer retention bonuses.

• Interacting directly with new leads to convert into new Lawn Doctor Customers over the phone
• Interacting with existing customers to add additional services to their program
• Providing clear and realistic expectations to boost customer experience
• Maintaining a focus on quality service for customers and potential customers
• Identifying and resolving customer problems or concerns
• Retaining customers through proactive post sale follow-up
• Developing a knowledge of Lawn Doctor services to answer questions customers or prospects may have

Compensation: $65,000.00 per year
