Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

You will be in charge of a 76 convenience store. Duties include to hire, supervise, and train Station/store personnel and provide quality customer service. Oversee entire Station/store operations including checkout, merchandising, layout, product inventory, bookkeeping, and maintenance. Strong emphasis on food execution/safety programs, control cash and merchandise shrinkage. Responsible for enforcing all company policies and procedures. Cash handling and daily paperwork.

• Lift, carry, push, pull up to 60lbs
• Occasionally bend, kneel, squat and reaching over shoulder
• Work in cooler and freezer
• Requires use of extension ladder
• Demonstrates energy, willingness, leadership and enthusiasm to encourage and direct crew to provide best customer service
• Demonstrates proper food storage procedures and the use of food storage safety guidelines with regard to FIFO and dating of all food products received by vendors.
• Demonstrates the ability to prepare and place orders according to expected sales goals
• Demonstrates ability to manage receiving orders and temperature control as to what product condition arrives
• Ability to identify theft
• Demonstrates ability to calculate costs
• Demonstrates ability to perform and delegate weekly cleaning duties
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass a background check (no burglary or theft).
• Must pass alcohol training and Underground Storage Tank Operator training.
• Must be willing to work weekends and evening shifts.
