The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They drive sales by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and drive efficiency across store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They are talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement, and development.

The starting rate for this position is $28.00 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
