What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?

• Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction in maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability throughout the store.
• Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Schedule:

5 am – 1:30 pm (+ overtime and weekends required)
Pay: $18.57 – $20.89 per hour

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles each day with cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Daily restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases.
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first‑in‑first‑out stocking system.
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare to return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; you are not responsible for transporting our products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.

Base pay range is $18.57 to $20.89 plus a bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.

Employees and families are offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions;
Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 7 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays; 40 hrs of vacation pro‑rated in first year (3‑1/3 hrs per remaining full month in current calendar year);
Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty.
