Base pay range$19.50/hr - $19.50/hr
Job DescriptionDesigners support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. They also support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary, and support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a safe and appealing shopping environment.
By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
- Greet customers and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs
- Provide showroom tours and coordinate measurements for projects
- Review room designs with customers and present purchasing recommendations
- Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as needed
- Maintain an appealing and safe showroom environment to promote sales
- Drive sales to support department and store goals
Base pay: $19.50 per hour.

Salaried associates are eligible for 2 weeks of vacation in their first year; full-time hourly associates are eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation time after 6 months of continuous service; part-time associates are eligible for 20 hours after 6 months of continuous service; temporary associates are not eligible for vacation benefits.
Sick time (Washington State, Spokane, and Tacoma):
Salaried and temporary associates earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked; full-time associates earn 1 hour per 40 hours or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; part-time associates earn 1 hour per 40 hours or 2 hours per month, whichever is greater.
Sick time (Seattle):
Salaried and temporary associates earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked; full-time associates earn 1 hour per 30 hours or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; part-time associates earn 1 hour per 30 hours or 2 hours per month, whichever is greater.
