Seasonal Sales Associate

Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store to create an engaging shopping environment.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty, utilizing your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and organizing displays
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram updates, store layout, and merchandising
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ
• Work with store management to prevent theft and ensure store security
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Store Leader

• Previous retail experience preferred, especially with a passion for music and pop culture
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds

$16.70/hr - $18.40/hr final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
