We are looking for an experienced retail professional to support high‑volume airport retail operations at the Spokane International Airport (GEG). This role requires early morning start times (3:00 a.m.) and involves overseeing all retail and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all retail and customer service activities.
- Lead and develop the retail team.
- Maintain systems and processes.
- Plan merchandising and displays.
- Oversee office management.
- Forecast and budget.
- Problem solving.
- Minimum 2 years in retail management/supervision.
- Proficient computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems).
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
- Ability to interact at all levels, including executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly staff.
- Proven track record resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers, and direct reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or coursework preferred.
- Competitive compensation: $55,000 per year plus quarterly bonus and year‑end super bonus.
