GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate provides exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences, establishing Lens Crafters as the premier destination for vision needs in your community.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and acquiring new clients.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames, taking optical measurements, and coordinating with opticians.
• Participate in maintaining a welcoming store environment with attractive displays and organized inventory.
• Foster an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and basic math skills
• Adaptability to new technology and processes with high accuracy
• Strong sales, communication, and multitasking skills
