As a Store Manager, you will embrace the idea that life is for fun and create an exciting, vibrant experience for both your team and customers. You will lead your store with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, excellent customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing labor, optimizing inventory, promoting our membership program, cultivating a positive atmosphere, and driving business growth.

  • Report directly to the Area/District Manager and lead a dynamic team, including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
  • Consistently embody and promote the mission and core values of Miniso in every aspect of your role.
  • Ensure seamless store execution, delivering outstanding customer service, upholding merchandising standards, adhering to operational procedures, and driving sales performance.
  • Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program, encouraging customer sign‑ups and fostering loyalty.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations and overall performance to develop store employees.
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the team.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; conduct performance evaluations and create career development paths for associates and managers.
  • Uphold store standards, focusing on profitability through effective sales strategies and expense management.
  • Manage cash‑handling tasks, maintain strict adherence to SOPs, and keep a clean, safe environment.
  • Serve as key liaison with Area/District Manager and HR regarding employee performance and relations.
  • Operate computers and printers, manage schedules, and keep the store organized.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment in line with company guidelines.
  • Champion business growth through strategic planning to boost presence, increase traffic, and maximize sales.
  • Address and resolve issues raised by staff and customers quickly and effectively.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Travel between locations as required.

Compensation: USD $18.00 – $30.00 per hour.
