Job Description Hourly rate: $16-20.80
The Store Operations Specialist (SOS) leads and trains teams in performing all freight functions, including unloading, processing, stocking, and resets. The Store Operations Associate is responsible for unloading, processing, and stocking freight safely and efficiently to maximize product availability for the customer.

Roles and Responsibilities Provides customers with a positive shopping experiencePerforms cashier duties accurately while processing all transactions per policyMaintains 5S standards (Sort, Straighten, Systematic cleanup, Standardize, and Sustain) in receivingLeads team in performing all freight functions including stocking and resets, ensuring specialists focus on their areasUnloads, processes, and stocks freight according to merchandising guidelinesEnsures timely and thorough incident reportingPerforms store recovery and housekeeping during stocking effortsTrains team on freight processing and merchandising responsibilitiesOperates equipment safely according to proceduresMaintains a safe shopping and working environment, minimizing shrink and damagesImplements company policies and procedures accurately and thoroughlyQualifications and Competencies
At least 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or equivalentFlexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidaysAbility to lift at least 50 lbs., team lift 100 lbs.Customer-focused with excellent service skillsClear communication with customers, team, and leadershipReliable and trustworthyAbility to work independently and in a teamPositive attitude, sense of urgency, and thorough executionFlexible with shifting prioritiesAbout Us
