. From food safety to flawless prep, you're the go-to person making sure everything runs like clockwork.

As a key player on our Catering team, you’ll:

• Keep track of inventory like a pro—nothing gets past you
• Make food safety your top priority, following all health standards to the letter
• Maintain a spotless kitchen and break room—clean spaces = happy faces
• Store and serve leftovers safely and efficiently
• Set the stage for tomorrow’s success with prep and EOD tasks
• Guide and train new team members—be the teammate everyone wants
• Communicate issues early and often—your voice matters
• Minimize waste and help us stay sustainable
• Jump into any task—flexibility is your superpower

We need someone who’s:

• 21 years old
• Valid Washington Food Handler’s Card
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Can lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and stay active throughout the day
• Computer-savvy with basic skills in Word, spreadsheets, and labeling software
• A team player with great communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Have prior catering or kitchen experience
• Enjoy mentoring and supporting new staff
• Are passionate about hospitality and guest service
• Thrive on precision, cleanliness, and operational excellence
