Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.
RoleAs a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in our fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the key to success. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.

Employees must be able to work in hot, noisy environments, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work quickly and accurately. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.

Pay Range$18.20 - $21.20 per hour, based on location and experience.
