Waitstaff
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic waitstaff to join our team at a busy, fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for providing excellent customer service and thrive in a lively environment.
Responsibilities- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist in training new staff members as needed
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Able to move throughout all areas of the restaurant.
- Able to climb ladders and stairs.
- Stamina; able to stand for long periods.
