Our team provides daily learning opportunities and access to specialty-level medicine without losing your ER autonomy. Every morning includes multiple specialty rounds, allowing you to collaborate and grow alongside specialists in Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Cardiology, and Oncology.
You’ll have on-call support from board-certified specialists, a culture focused on sustainable, supported emergency practice, and mentorship from both specialists and experienced ER leadership. The goal is to help you excel as an ER veterinarian while feeling fully supported.
The Role — Designed for Balance & Impact
We’re seeking a Full-Time Emergency Veterinarian with a passion for ER medicine and collaborative care. This position is ideal for those seeking a late swing and overnight-focused schedule, providing consistency and work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
- Approximately 12 shifts per month, mostly late swing & overnight
- Additional incentives for on-call only
- $150k base + production + sign-on bonus
- Flexible monthly schedule to maximize time off
- 26,000 sq ft hospital with separate canine & feline ICUs, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, Endoscopy
- Strong specialty partnerships across Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Cardiology, Critical Care
- 3 ECC VTS technicians on staff for robust support
- CE stipend + paid VIN & VECCS memberships
