Charge Nurse RN Job Spokane area,Washington USA,Nursing

Evening shift / 4-5 days a week

As a charge nurse, you are essential toquality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration,nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related toresident well-being.

You will:

Train staff and assist the director of nursing
Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice,individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
Assist residents with instrumental activities ofdaily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
Review, update and communicate resident caredocumentation
Evaluate health emergencies to determine medicalmeasures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

Possess a current registered nurse license in good standing
Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
