Required Skills:

• Valid CRNA certification and licensure
• Extensive trauma anesthesia experience
• Proven ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Experience working in academic or teaching hospitals
• Prior experience in satellite or remote facilities
• Advanced certifications related to anesthesia or trauma care

• Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a CRNA, with a focus on trauma or high-acuity care

• Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with 8-12 hour shift durations
• Entire period of employment, from June 1, 2026, to September 4, 2026
• Scheduling does not include week-on/week-off or piecemeal shifts
• Overtime compensation applies after a 40-hour workweek
• Flexibility to work at Holy Family satellite location, approximately 15 minutes from Sacred Heart
• Travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements as applicable
