We are seeking dedicated Nurse Anesthetists to provide exceptional anesthesia care during a critical summer coverage period at Sacred Heart, renowned for its high-volume and high-acuity surgical environment. Required Skills:

• Valid License and Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Extensive trauma and high-acuity surgical experience
• Proficiency in anesthesia administration and monitoring during complex procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt swiftly to a dynamic clinical setting

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Prior experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center
• Experience working in surgical or emergency department environments
• Bilingual capabilities to better serve diverse patient populations

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Master s Degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
• Minimum 2 years of recent CRNA experience in trauma or high-volume surgical settings

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with 8-12 hour schedules from June 1, 2026, to September 4, 2026
• Flexibility to work at Sacred Heart and occasional shifts at Holy Family satellite facility (15 minutes away)
• OT applicable after 40 hours per week
• No guaranteed hours; scheduling dependent on procedural demands
• Willingness to work full availability during the specified timeframe
