Job Description:

EMR: HCHB and OASIS Experience Required
Requirements/
Experience:
** Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years
Schedule:
M- F 8-5 and for RN, we have them work 1 weekend a month, with a day off before and after the weekend, otherwise M-F.
Territory:
Spokane county, and possible lower Stevens County.
Length of
Contract:
13 weeks
Any call?:
We ask that they assist with on call 5 PM - 8 AM, 2 shifts a month if possible. They would be assigned to a geographic team, and work with a manager and an interdisciplinary team.
