We are looking for a new team member to provide exceptional care as a full-time physician assistant or nurse practitioner with Columbia Surgical Specialists Urogynecology and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery team in Spokane, Washington. Columbia Surgical Specialists is a large surgical specialty group with 28 surgeons and 8 advance practice providers.
Our practice consists of 2 Urogynecologists, one Minimally Invasive Gynecologist and one advanced practice provider. This role involves both outpatient clinic responsibilities as well as first assist OR duties. The ideal candidate will be passionate about practice-building and creating convenient access to care. We are a dedicated, collegial team and enjoy a balanced schedule in a beautiful city.
Essential Responsibilities include providing direct assessment, diagnosis and formulation/implementation of treatment plan for patients presenting with urologic and gynecologic disorders. Outpatient responsibilities include histories and physicals, medication follow ups, pessary fittings and follow ups, bladder instillations, preoperative exams and counseling, ordering diagnostic studies and medications and post-operative follow-up. Significant time is spent handling patient inquiries regarding preoperative, intra-operative and post-operative care.
- Monday to Friday schedule; no call

Experience:
- Gynecologic or urologic experience preferred but new graduates welcome to apply
License/Certification:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred)
- PA-C (Preferred)
- Physician Assistant License (Preferred)
- National certification required upon hire/transfer
- Current Oregon and Washington NP and RN license required
- DEA/Prescribing registration required upon hire/transfer
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire/transfer.
