Cath Lab​/IR - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 36 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 1 months within the past 6 months.

• Travel experience is required from any number of months.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Simpli Fi Program - Multi Care Health System and no current placement allowed at Program:
Simpli Fi Program - Multi Care Health System.

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend rotation:
Call only

On call: CVAR: until 2130 weekdays; IR:  weeknights and  weekends. Likely rotation is 1-2 nights/week and 1 weekend/month

Holiday Expectations:
Call only on rotation

(3 or
4) 10-hour shifts plus weeknight and weekend call

Floating Requirements: IR/Cath Lab

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
