Shift7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Experience- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 10 months of Wound / Ostomy Care experience.
- Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
- Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).
- This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Local & travel allowed. Candidates living < 50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

- If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one‑time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)
- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
- BLS:
Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or "Heart&Stroke" certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only. - Drivers License/State ‑Issued Photo .
- References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

- You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
- RTO must be listed at time of submission.
- All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract—no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

No weekend and on call requirement.
Floating RequirementsTravelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility.
Details- AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW:
This is an auto‑offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted eduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
5 days maximum time off.
2 references from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission.
