Nurse Manager
- Home Infusion Pharmacy - Spokane, Washington

• Implements and administers the policies and procedures of the Home Infusion Department.
• Supervises employees and coordinates interdisciplinary care to the patient in the home.
• Determines staffing needs and assigns staffing to meet productivity and staffing continuity standards.
• Participates in development of department policies, procedures and quality management plan.
• Upholds the standards of confidentiality, attendance and punctuality.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
• Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role; must comply with state driving laws and provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
• 4 years of Home Infusion experience.
• 2 years of Supervisory experience.
