RNDuties and Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients on assigned unit
- Administer and record medications/treatments as ordered
- Complete nursing assessments, evaluations, progress notes, and alert charting as necessary
- Educates and provides health care instructions to residents/families as necessary
- Collaborates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
- Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients as necessary
- Communicate with Providers and nurse management regarding patients' condition, changes, medications, vitals, etc.
- Provide direct care to residents as needed
- Direct unit staff as necessary
- Report to direct supervisor (Unit Nurse Manager) all resident and staff issues/concerns as needed
- Charge Nurse as scheduled
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current and Valid RN license
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fast and adaptive problem‑solving abilities
- In‑depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
- First aid and CPR certifications

Compensation for roles at Aurora Valley Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Aurora Valley Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Aurora Valley Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below.
Pay Range: $49.00 - $54.00 DOE
