A Day in the Life of a Private Duty RN or LPN

You will be the face of Avail Home Health & Senior Care Management. Most of your time is spent delivering skilled nursing care one‑on‑one in patients’ homes, enabling them to enjoy family life, school, and community activities. You maintain accurate and up‑to‑date charting, communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, families, and other healthcare providers, and bring a compassionate presence and positive attitude to every visit.

Qualifications
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
  • Current CPR certification
  • New graduates welcome
  • Detail‑oriented and respectful of personal property and privacy
Flexible Work Schedule

We offer part‑time and full‑time scheduling with shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
