Per Diem Nurse Practitioner

What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive primary care for acute and chronic needs.
  • Explore solutions to keep care in primary settings; ask questions; learn for your patients.
  • Offer counseling and education on health maintenance, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and other professionals in person or by video.
  • Perform minor outpatient procedures per credentialing policy.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Current Washington license or ability to obtain by hire date.
  • Master’s level Nurse Practitioner with national certification (American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurses Credentialing Center).
  • 2+ years of experience strongly preferred.
  • Consistently available at least one day Monday through Friday.
  • Special interest, experience, fellowship, or degree in primary care.
  • Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
  • Ability to credential under Medicare.
  • Flexibility with scheduling for varying clinic shifts.
  • Proficient with Epic EMR strongly preferred.
  • Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, problem solving, and communication skills.
Working Environment

The role operates in a clinic setting with in‑person and telehealth care. Collaboration with various providers is routine; participation in wellness programs may be required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in a clinical environment, interact with patients for prolonged periods, and perform duties requiring high concentration and emotional resilience.

Vaccine Requirement

All teammates must provide proof of or complete a written attestation of a religious or medical exemption for influenza, COVID‑19, and Hepatitis B vaccines. Healthcare providers may also be subject to CDC recommended vaccines.
