Crate Builder​/Shipping Technician

Atlas Staffing is hiring an Aerospace Crate Builder/Shipping Technician for a leading aerospace metals manufacturer in Spokane.

Pay:$18.00/hr.
Schedule:Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Builds skids or boxes for packing and shipping of all orders

• Uses crosscut saw, miter saw, nail gun, staple gun and banding equipment as needed

• Follows packing and preservation policies and procedures

• Performs quality inspections on orders to maintain 100% quality standards

• Marks all shipments in accordance with customer and company procedures and requirements

• Properly stencils shipping information as required

• Provides maintenance and keeps records of maintenance on all equipment assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

• Basic math skills

• Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

• Forklift experience
