We are searching for someone to fill an ERP Work Order & Ticket Auditor position with a local Spokane Valley manufacturing company! This business has been a staple in the manufacturing industry here in Spokane for 60+ years. You’ll be responsible for reviewing, validating, and correcting electronic manufacturing records within the ERP system. This role ensures that all factory work tickets and work orders are accurate, complete, and aligned with actual production activities.

• $24 Per Hour
• Full time, Monday through Friday, 6am – 2:30pm
• This is a temporary position

• Examine electronic work orders and factory work tickets for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify that labor hours, material usage, scrap, and process steps recorded in the ERP system match the physical or digital supporting documentation.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct them or elevate as appropriate.
• Cross-check material consumption, inventory movements, and production reporting for integrity and compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with production, inventory control, and quality teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of findings and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in data accuracy and ERP usage.
• Ensure all data entry complies with company policies and manufacturing procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, or work order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production control, or ERP data auditing.
• Familiarity with bill of materials (BOM), routings, labor standards, and material flow.
• Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar tools for basic data review.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
