Job #: 108189a Date Posted: 02/05/2026 Title: Manufacturing Accounting Clerk Location: Spokane, WA Salary Range: $23 - $27 Per Hour DOE Position: Assembly/Production Job Type: Hiring Description: A family-owned manufacturing company in Spokane, WA is looking to fill a Manufacturing Accounting Clerk position that REQUIRES Quick Books experience. This position is hybrid, meaning a blend of office support with inventory control, data entry, AR/AP and manufacturing.

• $23 – $27 Per Hour DOE
• Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm
• Great benefits available 90 days after hire to include Medical, Dental, Vision and PTO!

• Days will vary greatly: in the office whole days occasionally, and sometimes on the manufacturing floor operating injection molding machines
• Begin day in the office determining new orders, tracking the current orders, and confirming shipment to the customer
• Office support will include receiving orders, documenting into Excel, confirming the order with both the manufacturing team and customer, and then sourcing materials for the order
• Responsible for Inventory Control and data entry
• Most communication is done via email, but there is a very small amount of phone work as well
• Place plastic pellets into the mold machine and monitor while running
• General mixing of materials for the mold machine
• Inspect parts as they come out of the machine
• Look for other work that needs to be done while the machine runs

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office is required
• Manufacturing background strongly preferred
• Quick Books experience
• Ability and flexibility to work as office support and in manufacturing as needed
• Attention to detail and teamwork is critical
• Ability to work in a small, crowded shop
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift 40 lbs, bend and twist during shift, comfortable working around fumes and loud noises
